Accessibility
Brighter tools should welcome more people.
1. Our commitment
Luminara is working toward an experience that people can perceive, understand, navigate, and operate across a range of abilities and assistive technologies. Our target for public and core family workflows is substantial conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, recognizing that improvement is ongoing.
2. Current accessibility support
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and descriptive control names.
- Keyboard-visible focus indicators and keyboard-operable native controls.
- Responsive layouts that adapt to smaller screens and text resizing.
- Color palettes designed for readable contrast, with meaning not intended to rely on color alone.
- Reduced-motion support when the operating system preference is enabled.
- Plain-language labels and distinct child and grown-up navigation.
3. Known limitations
Some immersive world, 3D avatar, camera, drag-style, and third-party learning experiences may not yet offer equivalent access for every assistive technology. Linked third-party websites are controlled by their operators. Where a feature creates a barrier, contact us and we will look for a reasonable alternative.
4. Accessibility feedback
Email ava.moonaro@gmail.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. Please include the page or feature, the browser/device, any assistive technology used, and what you were trying to accomplish. Do not include a child’s PIN or sensitive family information.
We aim to acknowledge actionable accessibility feedback and prioritize issues that block core sign-in, family setup, navigation, planning, and privacy controls.
